Hi, I’m Kristin.

I am a relationship and trauma therapist based in Washington. For over 25 years I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families in many diverse settings.

Using the framework of Internal Family Systems, I help clients identify and release the burdens that keep them from experiencing a deeper sense of connection within themselves and in their relationships with others.

I have personally received and benefited from therapy over the course of my life, and it is with honor and deep respect that I hold this role.
